Regular Season Round 16: Aritma - Sadska 72-64

No shocking result in a game when fourth ranked Aritma (10-6) beat 10th ranked Sadska (5-11) in Praha 72-64 on Sunday. Aritma made 16-of-19 free shots (84.2 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. The winners were led by forward Jana Cermakova (185-1984) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 19 points and 12 rebounds and Hana Mrkvova (-1996) supported her with 22 points and 7 rebounds. Even a double-double of 17 points, 11 rebounds and 6 assists by Nikola Kubinova (175-2007) did not help to save the game for Sadska. Center Lucie Ceralova (191-2003) added 10 points, 15 rebounds and 6 assists for lost side. Aritma moved-up to third place, which they share with Zabiny Brno B. Sadska lost fifth consecutive game. Newly promoted team keeps the tenth position with 11 games lost. They share it with DBaK. Aritma will meet DBaK (#10) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Sadska will play against USK Praha B and hope to secure a win.
